ABOUT
Once again, we’ve teamed up with the team at Pasture, to bring an onsite restaurant to the edge of our ballooning arena.
Founded in Bristol, Pasture is a celebration of fire-based cooking centred around provenance, sustainability, and innovation.
The team will run ticketed sittings every day of the event, from breakfast through to Nightglow dinners. In addition, their PRIME concept will serve up grab and go BBQ dishes and Pasture favourites all day, every day.
SERVICE TIMES
Pasture Breakfast: From 07:00 – 11:30 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Start your day with a hearty Pasture Breakfast. The team will be serving a delicious, fulfilling and indulgent breakfast, created and plated only for the Fiesta. Tables can be booked at a time to suit you between 07.00am and 11.30am, with a complimentary hot drink included with your ticket.
For early risers' tea and coffee can be purchased in Pasture from 05.45am before breakfast service commences.
Pasture BBQ: 12:00 – 16:00 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Through the afternoons, visitors can head to the restaurant for hot off the grill burgers, wings and other Pasture classics. There’s no need to book, just rock up and enjoy within the allocated times.
Pasture Early Dinner: 17:00 - 19:30 (Friday & Saturday)
As evening begins, join us for a 2-course dinner at the Balloon Fiesta in an exclusive environment. You'll find a selection of Pasture classics and seasonal twists, complemented with service that impresses as much as the food. The perfect setting to enjoy the scheduled evening hot air balloon ascents.
Pasture Nightglow Dinner: 20:00 - Close (Friday & Saturday)
The ultimate Balloon Fiesta experience. With spectacular views of the Fiesta’s main event, the Night Glow, you will be greeted with a glass of bubbly and served 4 exquisite courses of Pasture favourites as well as dishes created especially for this event. Celebrate the occasion in style. Fire, meat, music, all night long

Pasture Breakfast: From 07:00 – 11:30
Start your day with a hearty Pasture Breakfast. The Pasture team will be serving up a delicious, fulfilling and indulgent breakfast, created and plated only for the Fiesta! Tables can be booked at a time to suit you between 07.00am and 11.30am, with a complimentary hot drink included with your ticket.
Tickets are sold as tables of 2 or more guests, with all diners needing to book a table at a set time. Tables are secured for 1 hour 30 minutes for each booking.
All tickets are valid for the set time booked and are non-refundable even in cases where the balloons do not fly or inflate. Please note, car parking tickets need to be purchased separately.
All tables have a 2 week cancellation policy.
Pasture Breakfast Table (minimum 2 or more guests): £20 per head
Pasture Day BBQ: 12:00 – 16:00
