SCHOOLS TETHER ROADSHOW
THROUGHOUT JULY
This year we're bringing balloons to schools across the city and wider region, weather permitting. We'll be looking to pop-up and tether balloons in field and large playgrounds, and offer schools activity packs to promote this magical sport to future engineers and pilots.
Bristol schools will be invited to put their schools forward for a balloon visit, these visits will be within school hours and the balloon(s) will be tethered to the ground.
We will shortly be announcing more details on the programme, and how to get involved. Watch this space.

Balloons are woven into Bristol’s identity, filling the skies and inspiring creativity across the city. Each summer, they appear in artwork, window displays, interiors, giftware, and special activities—from cafés and shops to schools and attractions.
This year, we’re celebrating that magic by showcasing the best balloon-inspired experiences across Bristol. Whether it’s a themed menu, an eye-catching display, or a hands-on activity, we’ll be sharing the must-visit spots so everyone can make the most of their balloon-filled adventure in the city.
